WILLIAM LAURENT

About The Photographer

As a painter and graffiti artist in the 1980s and 1990s, William Laurent was deeply involved in the art scenes of Philadelphia and New York City, his work having been exhibited in several established galleries.

After a hiatus from the art scene, William moved to Japan and began painting again in the street-art-influenced Flauvist style. William’s art can be seen in his book ‘A Path Forward’ and displayed in restaurants and hospitals throughout Japan.

Various photographs of landscapes and people from around the world are also included in ‘A Path Forward’, many of which are featured with Millimeters.

William’s photography reflects his savvy expertise while capturing the essence of his subjects.
